Well, nothing really exciting has happened since Tuesday.
Except for this awesome project I've been working on!
As a precursor, I've been watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic since the end of last July. I'm a Brony and proud of it! :)
This last Sunday my husband and I finished making pony plushies from Voodoo-Tiki on DeviantArt. The links are:

And the instructions are linked on both pages.
I did the traditional hand-sewing while my husband, ever the innovator, made his seams with hot glue. That's right, we used polar fleece as fabric, and he used hot glue to put the pieces together. 3 hours after starting he was done with his... Mine took a little bit longer than that.
We decided that making a bigger plushie would be interesting, so I projected the patterns via a PDF reader at the same zoom and drew the pieces on 3 2'x3' posterboards that were taped together. I've been working on a pony that is going to be about 2-3 feet tall. I'll have to measure it when it is done.
This is the largest toy I've tried yet. I've got lots of stuff to do on it! I'm excited!
Anyway, I think this is the biggest adventure I have right now. We'll see how it turns out.
Thanks for reading,
ARVO
